Made a reservation and a person walked in before me to get a table for the same amount of ppl. They Got the round table at the back I initially wanted and hoped when i called to reserve. All my party was there. I then said I made a reservation but then seemed like it didnt matter to them and got stuck at a long table. Couldnt even enjoy sitting as a family or eat properly so had to order separate instead of sharing. Had to initially ask for water when waiting and then changed me with double drinks cuz they didn't understand me the first time apparently. We had to tip the required % when it clearly stated " on the large round table" which we didn't even sit at so I had to then do a separate TX to pay additional tip. Long time customers will no longer be. ...

In response to your response. How is it our fault the other party of 9 rejected. And why should we wait if we made a reservation to get the other table cleaned.

And yes, we had 9 including a child , not over 10 and you got your tip you...

This place used to be good. The quality's been lowered. Every time we go, we are always a little disappointed. Today, we waited 40+ minutes for our soups- one of which they got wrong. The order receipt clearly had 2 different kinds of soup (different numbers too) yet they gave us 2 bowls of the same kind. Ate it anyway because we were starving (especially after the long wait). Egg noodles were mushy/had a weird texture... almost like they were just sitting out. We ordered appetizers to eat while we waited for our soups- but they came at the end; about 10 minutes after our mains. Mind you, they were steaming hot so I assume they were made to order. But 50 minutes for a small appetizer is...

Food was very good overall. Could have used a little more help with the menu. Portion were good. Very tasty.

Had a first timer with me this evening and was trying to give a overall introduction to the foods available. Kept away from the spicy foods. Started with the shrimp spring rolls which were very fresh and tasty. The 101 soup which was a seafood soup with noodles. Then had the 121 chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Added a 151 chow mein which was a bit over the top for two people but added it to our take home containers. Washed everything down with a pot of Chinese tea. Very satisfying meal! Would have been enough...
