Absolutely appalled at what happened today. We order from here all the time. A few weeks ago we had a big black hair on one of your pizzas, I called customer service to let them know and they offered us a 15$ credit to replace this pizza but I wasn’t returning that same night. Went today and I inquired about the discount because I forgot about it and was told to call customer service to then be told apparently the manager looked at security footage and couldn’t see the hair. Are you joking? A security camera is not going to catch a fricken thin black hair on a pizza full of toppings. There was 100 percent a big long black hair and the guy says he remembers making it and there wasn’t a hair on it meanwhile there are a few women who work there with long black hair. Considering I am a repeat customer of years and have never made a complaint let’s just say I walked out and will never step foot in that location ever...

Not only did they get my order wrong. But they would not offer a replacement for it, I even offered to bring this order back to them cause no one in my home would eat it. My son with a mental disability was the one who went with.me to pick up the order and he got to the store before me cause I have mobility issues and they confirmed an order with him instead of waiting for the parent to arrive. Then try to make their own medical diagnosis by saying that my son does not have a disability. I'd like to know where they get their medical degree from and shame on them for not honoring their own meals. Put sauce on pizza that were ordered no sauce because of a deadly garlic, and tomato allergy. Cut the glutten free pizza with the same knife as the normal pizzas, didn't wash hands at any point, and scratched their nose. The person we phoned in to complain wouldn't put in an order to fix the pizzas and told us to just drive 15 mins back to try and get it fixed.
