Pizza Hotline — Restaurant in Winnipeg

After what I witnessed tonight and the issues i'm having now...I will not be back I ordered a pizza for pickup between 10:20pm and 10:40 April 4/2025 (Check the cameras) I paid with debit, the staff member passed me the device wearing a glove, took the device back from me wearing the glove...didn't throw it in the garbage and change...then proceeded to grab a stack of money with the same gloves on and move it....and went right back to making pizza's..without changing the gloves ?????..absolutely disgusting...contaminating every food container she touched, the cheese, pepperoni. mushrooms etc....appalling food handling practices...I was going to ask for a refund and I regret not doing it now because its 5:55am and I am throwing up constantly. If the owners of this place have any moral's left terminate this person...they should not be...

Normally have no issues with pizza hotline, and I'm rating it 4 stars because of how my husband was treated today when calling to get our pizza order fixed as they gave me a thick crust and him a thin crust. We had ordered it the other way around and I hate thick crust. We were told they need at least 3 peices of pizza for the exchange. Then he gets a call back from the transcona location telling us that the driver needs to get proof that the pizzas were mixed up..they rushed out replacement pizzas and then the driver didn't even want to look at them/ take the wrong ones after the phone call that made us feel like they thought we were lying about the error. We weren't trying to get free pizza we just wanted the ones we ordered!

Great pizza at a great price but pizza hotline needs some better...

I've refused to ever order from them since the last time I called for delivery. I missed the call by a couple seconds when I was in the washroom and when I went to check for the delivery guy he wasn't there. I called him back and asked where he was, he said I didn't answer the phone so he left and said he would be right back there. I waited for him at the door for a several minutes and when he didn't turn up I called and asked him if he was still on his way back. He said he was at the doors and tried calling me, again. I told him I was waiting for him at the doors. Then he got angry said he was on his way to someone else's order. I just decided to call some place else and I got my...
