I am a regular customer that orders normally about three times a month at this Santa Lucia. Last Thursday, January 30 I ordered pizza and a salad when it came to the door they had given me a large salad when I ordered a small and then I decided to pay for anyway but when I opened up the pizza box they had put pineapple on my pizza when I had asked for pepperoni I decided I was going to call them and when I did they had offered me a free topping on my next order for the mistake I said I’m sorry but that is not good enough this was the third time they had made a mistake on my order in the last 4 months so I asked to speak with a manager! In doing so he was completely rude and very unhelpful and very unsympathetic he asked if he could remake the pizza for me as long as I didn’t eat the other pizza but I had told him that unfortunately we were leaving within the next half hour so my kids are going to be forced to eat the messed up pizza, he basically said oh well!!!! I had asked if he could just give me a credit for a new pizza the next time I ordered And he said no he couldn’t do that, it Has to be done at this time! I again told him that this was not my mistake and they should properly rectify the situation because on the previous two other times that they screwed up nothing was done for me, and he was just as rude about it those times as well !!! There is no customer service when it comes to that guy!! I’m not sure why this guy is a manager because he has no managerial skills !!!! I had asked to speak with the owner, he said he would give him my number and
“He will call me when it’s convenient for him!”
It Will be one week tomorrow and still no phone call no apology no nothing which makes me certain there is no such thing as customer service at the Regent Avenue Santa Lucia! I will not be ordering again from this place until This situation is properly handled I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they are letting me down!! Read moreFor the longest time I have been ordering my food from this location and it has always been good and the service has been great. this last time though everything has changed, we ordered 2 pizzas and a Greek salad they sent a Greek salad with the wrong dressing, They sent this gross sour flavoured dressing we noticed the difference when we poured it on the salad, so we called them back and spoke to a women that said at first that they changed there dressing and that this was the new dressing. there is no way that it was Greek dressing and I asked for them to send out a new salad, she said we will send one out. we then waited almost 45 minutes just to have them bring a new dressing no salad after the other one had the gross dressing on it. the new dressing was now the right Greek dressing we called back and spoke to the same lady and she was very rude saying she said I would only send out a new dressing after she said she would send out a whole new salad. after I said that was not what she said she interrupted me saying yes I only said dressing yes they are sending a new salad only after another 45 minutes wait. Read moreToday was a day of firsts. First time ordering Santa Lucia, First time ordering on line, Thank you Management and staff for providing excellent customer service. We ordered the 9 chicken dinner. Your delivery driver was friendly, courteous, respected social distancing as well even inquired if we received our coleslaw in the bag because he didn’t remember seeing it. It was not in the bag and I told him not to worry about it especially if it that busy. Things happen. He suggested maybe a credit towards next order and that worked for me. Not even 5 minutes later another driver came by with the coleslaw. To the manager this kind of customer service goes beyond and I hope you are proud. I certainly am. After this experience I will be a repeat customer for sure. By the way the meal was hot and delicious!
