Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Worst delivery service I've ever seen from a company. The driver's refuse to read the special instructions. Last time I told them if they didn't follow the delivery instructions I would refuse the order and I did when they didn't. The manager was nice and called me the next day to apologize. He said he send out some coupons for 2 free pizza's. I recieved the coupons on Friday. Not for the free pizza like I was told I would receive but coupons for a free cookie. Dirty move. Lol Despite all this I order from them again today. What a mistake . I was in the washroom when my phone rang I don't bring my phone to the washroom with me. It was the delivery driver calling. I returned his call 2 minutes after he called me. No answer. Gave it some time and tried again. 3 more times no answer. I finally called the store. The driver had brought the pizza back to the store. Said he couldn't deliver it. He never came to my house just refused to deliver it because I didn't pick up my phone. Now you'd think as delivery driver you'd be smart enough to figure out if your phone is ringing and you just called someone who didn't answer it's probably them calling back. Not this guy. Lol Finally I tell the store to just deliver my pizza's I'm home and never left. 10 minutes later my pizza's show up. Not only was my pizza cold but it looked like it was thrown against a wall. I was able to over look the bad delivery service because I love the pizza. But this dose it. I'm done with pizza hut. Yesterday I called this location on William ave because I wanted to order between 10 -12 pizzas. I asked the guy that answered if I could do a promo over the phone because I was ordering my order for the nx day whereas the online only does for the day, (stupid way as the rest of the pizza restaurants allow nx day order) . So I told him I'll call back as I needed to make sure the toppings of one pizza. I asked when he closes he said 10pm, I see it's midnight, why lie, than I asked if they open at 11 am or what time as my order will be a pick up at 1130am . He said yes 11am and there is only one person there in morning, find out they open at 10am , second lie. I tried to call back several times being put on hold for about 10-15 min than i get hung up. The 3 rd time I hear the person pick up the phone and hang it up, I call back and get hung up on again. I thought the reason this restaurant is open to get $$ to keep open. I guess not , or the owner doesn't care who he hires and the employees aren't interested in working. Well Mr Owner of Pizza Hut u just lost 155.00 tonight and my $$ went to another establishment. If u feel u don't want to stay open maybe just shut down as I don't think I deserved trying to call and be put waiting for about an hour and a half and hung up on several times and on my own time that could of been spent doing something else. I'm so sick of this place I was alright with the first time they screwed me over but I've never had this happen to me. My first issue I ever had with this location was I bought the smokey maple bacon pizza online because I like Alfredo sauce and when I got it. It was with tomato sauce so I called the store to ask why they messed it up. The woman on the phone told me that the pizza comes with tomato sauce and Gass lit me into thinking it was my stupid fault. Later I realized the pizza is supposed to come with Alfredo sauce It littarly says it on the website and it's on the picture. Now I ordered a pizza last night and they littarly took a slice out of my pizza! I have never had this happen. I am so pissed about this I called the store and they told me it's not possible because they cut 12 slices into my pizza but if you look at the picture you can clearly see oil marks of where the slice was taken and you can See a gap in my pizza!! In the end the lady gaslit me again saying that the pizza clearly has 12 slices and that it's not missing a slice.I don't know how stupid the employees think the customers are but this is next level.
