Royal Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Just ordered won ton soup from royal garden on regent. The pork was spoiled and sour. I hope I don't get sick. I only ate one and realized quickly it wasnt good. Anyways, so I called the guy and said "hey so your pork in your won ton soup is spoiled, you need to taste it for yourself and maybe don't sell anymore." He then said everything was cooked fresh daily and that he would give me a 5$ coupon for my next order. I basically said no thanks but you should take the soup off the menu for the night and he basically continued to say it wasn't rotten. I did get my partner to try it as well from his own bowl so I knew it wasnt only mine and he said it was sour. I was simply trying to save him from serving rotten food I didnt even ask for my money back. I'm never ordering from here again. .......

Ordered from skip the dishes. Ordered one of the combination plates, a regular wonton soup and an egg roll.

Obviously it was too much food for me in one sitting. But the soup was amazing, good amount of wontons not just one or two. It was still very hot on arrival after 25 mins of leaving the restaurant. The egg roll and spring roll were super tasty. And the food itself was so good!! I loved the chow mein and the breaded veal was good too! Delicious leftovers for work. Might be my new favourite Chinese food place in the area!

Worst experience , I was missing food, don’t even wana get started on the food topic it was so hard I chipped a tooth. I went back to try and give them feedback thinking maybe I was just the one off and got yelled at by the older man in the back . Won’t ever go there again won’t recommend if I could give them minus ten stars I would …. Only positive thing the have going is the manager that works there .
