Almost $4 for a regular drip coffee + staff expect a tip but can't be bothered to measure cream or stir the coffee. And you never know if your coffee will be hot & fresh or cold & stale. They have an Asian woman who works the drive through. If she's there the coffee will always be fresh. If she's not there you don't know what you're getting.
