Starbucks — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Almost $4 for a regular drip coffee + staff expect a tip but can't be bothered to measure cream or stir the coffee. And you never know if your coffee will be hot & fresh or cold & stale. They have an Asian woman who works the drive through. If she's there the coffee will always be fresh. If she's not there you don't know what you're getting.

The friendliest Starbucks in the city. I live closer to the Osborne and River Starbucks, but I go out of my way in the morning to go to this Starbucks, because the staff are just so much more pleasant and accommodating. I think Starbucks in general illicits strong opinions, you either love the place or you don't. In full disclosure, I'm someone who tends to fall in the later. That said, as a matter of convenience, I did go here recently and I will admit, while it did live up to a lot of the stereotypes that tend to keep me away, the quality of what I ordered was top notch.
