We friends, visited Subway 900 St James, on 1st July 2023, around 5.30 PM. There was a very rude employee who used profanity words. She said to go out of this store. the reason was that my friend asks the key to the bathroom and she did not give the key then another employee gave him the key and my friend talked with her(who gave the key), and asked her hey sister why she was very rude, she did not give me a key, also we said her for changing hand gloves because of an allergy reaction and that time she was very rude we never say anything. then we started eating sandwiches. when we almost finish the sandwiches suddenly she started shouting from our back and rudely saying something wrong to us, and she used profanity words and said you can complain anywhere. and said go out of my store and used very bad words for us. I said this is not your store I will talk with your manager then she said go out of the store this is mine store. She harassed us. we are very upset because of this, she was abusing us just because of ask for the key to the washroom and to change her gloves. She was also rude to us a few weeks ago that time she provided cold sandwiches and when I ask these are cold then she said in an aggressive way I can't do anything you cant see there is a long line. Read moreThis was the most horrible food I’ve ever had at a Subway and when I complained the owner was so focused on his staff training and working on training them better!!! He did nothing to make things right with the customer wow!!
