Final Complaint – Lost Customers Due to Repeated Service Failures
Dear Tim Hortons,
This is my final attempt to address a recurring issue at your stores.
In the winter of 2023, I ordered a hot latte but was served an iced latte, despite the fact that the outside temperature was around -30°C. At that time, I realized there was no point in arguing, since the problem was not with a single employee but with the hiring and training standards of your staff, many of whom can barely understand or communicate in English.
Last week, I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance. I ordered a latte and clearly asked several times for it to be prepared without sugar. Yet again, what I received had a sweet taste. “Without sugar” should mean without sugar—this is a basic expectation in any coffee shop.
After multiple failed experiences, I can no longer justify returning. You have now lost me as a customer, as well as my entire family. Please understand that when customers are repeatedly disappointed and ignored, they do not just stop coming back themselves—they also tell others.
