Worst service ever. The manager Cho very unprofessional customer service as I brought forward a concern regarding my food that they missed multiple items. The presentation was terrible as everything was just slapped on into a mess in the bowl. Definitely not an experience I had as previously experienced with them. They normally nicely present their food but this was terrible. Cho laughed at this situation and acted very unprofessionally saying we don’t need picky customers here as I asked for a refund. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. When someone goes to a restaurant for food taste is not the only thing that attracts people. Presentation is another. Went there last night and there was no customers just me and my friend .i went up to order and the guy that was working there. Was playing a game on his phone. The whole time that I was building my burrito he was paying attention to the phone , when I asked him about the ingredient and what it was he asked me to repeat my self because he was playing games then he told me that it was (fish eggs ) turned out it wasn’t that . Then when I asked him about the purple drink they had on the menu (taro latte ) he said they don’t have any drink that is purple .... and he didn’t ask me if I was a student or not cause i could of saved 10% but ya know playing games on his phone is way more important then serving me ... disappointed will not go back to...

I've tried a few Poke bowls in the city and nothing compares to the one at Chosabi. I always order the Poke bowl and build my own. The ingredients are always fresh and the bowl is always filling. I've been going to the Taylor location since they've opened up and have always had a pleasant experience. I usually call and place a pre-order and pick it up on my lunch break. My order is always ready for pick up and had no issues with my order.

I've also tried the Jumping Shrimp sushi burrito and it is so good! It has just the right amount of rice and plenty of filling. You definitely get quality and quantity for what you pay for. You will not be...
