Worst service ever. The manager Cho very unprofessional customer service as I brought forward a concern regarding my food that they missed multiple items. The presentation was terrible as everything was just slapped on into a mess in the bowl. Definitely not an experience I had as previously experienced with them. They normally nicely present their food but this was terrible. Cho laughed at this situation and acted very unprofessionally saying we don’t need picky customers here as I asked for a refund. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. When someone goes to a restaurant for food taste is not the only thing that attracts people. Presentation is another. Hope you learn from your terrible manners to customers and how you present yourself in a situation that customers do not appreciate as you laughed at the customer and acted very rude.
