Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

The staff at this location come across as quite rude, as if they are the only ones working on this earth. They also seem to be short on options. For example, when I asked for coffee with soy milk, the reply was simply that they don’t have it and don’t serve it. I’ve received similar dismissive answers to several other requests as well. Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a real Tim Hortons, more like a small imitation version. I would not recommend this...

My friend went their and she ask for a small cup with just a hot water, and the lady( employee) replies we are not allowed to do that, the my friend said i can for that and the employee charge her $1.60 for a cup of water. I work at tim hortons too, their is no point we can charge for a cup of water even of our tills if we punch cup of water its free. This is wrong these people needs to trained first, Moreover...

Each experience lately has been worse than the last, food is garbage, the cafe mochas are garbage, the staff don't speak English 99% of the time, there could be 20 employees working around the back, with 2, customers and your still going to wait 20 minutes!
