I recently visited Tim Hortons and witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a staff member name Harmann?? (If I noted the name correctly) while I was in line, I observed her engaging in an argument with another team member in front of customers. Her tone, attitude and overall behaviour were highly unprofessional and she showed no concern for the fact that others guests were watching. Despite this, the other employee continued taking orders politely and with a smile. I truly appreciated her professionalism in such a tense situation. There was also a women in a black uniform-possibly the manager who tried to defuse the situation calmly.
What prompted me to leave this feedback was that even while the other poor employee was working, that energy lady continued speaking loudly and interrupting her. I’m a daily customer and never use cash personally but I have witnessed multiple instances where customers stood in line for a while only to be turned down by staff because they only had cash.
