A&W Canada — Restaurant in Woodstock

The only thing I don’t like about the Woodstock, Ontario location is that they make you pull ahead into a parking spot. I now know why. I said to the one guy working the other night. Well how about I sit here until someone comes up behind be. He said well you can only sit here for 3minutes max. So they make you pull ahead so it looks like they are serving people there food in a good timely manner when they are really not. They are tricking the system. Before understanding this reason I never knew why they would make you pull ahead and park for the worker to bring the food out when there was no other vehicles behind you in the drive thru line. Now they also upped the price on a lot of there food also. There poutines are about $2-$3 more. Other items are around the same price increased. So right now they are the most expensive place to get a poutine. Every other fast food place has poutines that are larger and cheaper. Like kfc. Kfc is almost double the amount and...

I entered A&W empty and left full. Full of what you ask? Full of peace and tranquility. Upon entering the establishment, I realized no one had been eating inside and it would just be me, alone. I was greeted by an employee by the name of “Owen.” He was very polite and the order went smoothly. To my surprise, I was given a cold, root bear glass for my fountain drink. I filled it up with their signature root bear and sat with my meal. The food was perfect, and everything was 10/10. The employees were to nice and outgoing. After a while of not eating here, ordered a double teen combo and a single teen combo, fries and onion rings, and root beer. Once I got home, noticed I got two singles instead of what I ordered. The food itself tasted old and stale, the onion rings were almost inedible, and the burger tasted like it was made the night before, which is odd as they should have just started lunch? Had to wait an extra 6 minutes for them to make the burgers, so was expecting everything would have been fresh. Fries were okay and the root beer was good at least.
