Pita Pit — Restaurant in Woodstock

TOO SMALL!!! We love pitas and unfortunately this is the only pita restaurant in woodstoxk, and they make..cigar-sized pitas. It's your average pit atmosphere/options, and staff are typically very good... however SEVERELY lacking to other pita pit options. Almost every topping I have to ask for more as if the employees feel threatened by store management to provide an adequate amount of toppings. And they still have NO problem rolling the pita since it's so small. We have tried over and over hoping we just went on a bad day (as I mentioned...pita lovers) but consistently small and inadequate pitas. We have even contacted other pita franchises suggesting they open in woodstock since they will have ZERO competition of quality from this location.

......but maybe a good afternoon snack between actual meals?

Edit: we went back to give it another try. We waited 35 minutes, with 4 people in front of us because online orders take priority over people coming into the store. Do NOT go to this location!! The wait time is absurd and the pitas are...

This would be a 5 star review if we felt like the owner cared about their store or employees! My husband and I went last night for supper around 6:30. The place was a disaster but I quickly realized why! There was ONE person working!! On a weekend supper shift??? This poor girl was trying so hard to keep up with the busyness of it, was still being courteous and making good food....but you could tell she was ran off her feet! She had no time to do anything but serve her customers! In the time we were there which was approximately an hour she was steady with customers. 1 right after another. She just couldn't keep up with all of the other stuff she had to do! (Cleaning the tables etc). OMG, My husband and I have tried several different Pita pits from Hamilton area to Niagara region /Fort Erie and now Woodstock. We stopped in around noon today at the Norwhich st. location. My husband had the buffalo chicken and I had the chicken wraps. Our server was William and he was awesome. The customer ahead of us ordered 6 pita wraps and William was professional and handled the making of the 6 pitas as if he had been doing this forever. Polite, cordial and completed the large order in a timely manner. He was ready to make our custom pitas. Our pitas were so good I ran back in to thank William again and leave him a tip.
