Casa De Cobre — Restaurant in Yellowknife

After fleeing another restaurant in town because the food tasted like pure sorrow we decided on Casa De Cobre because it's the highest rated restaurant in the entire area. I've never had a mushroom burrito bowl and was tempted but alas I can't get past the fact that mushrooms are fungus and not a vegetable so I ordered the vegetarian burrito bowl. Excellent 👍. Stellar quality, unbeatable prices. Absolutely fantastic meal that can’t be beat by any place in town. Strongly recommend, especially as they have something for all preferences. The chicken burrito was an all star, but the taco 3 piece (one of each protein) was a great way to experience each of the meats available. Vegetarian options also incredible, and truly amazing prices.
