This isn’t my first time here and the food is usually great! I tried the Birria Tacos this time, flavor was really nice, but they were extremely SALTY. I’m not sure if it was just an off day, but I hope the salt or seasoning can be adjusted a bit in the future. Looking forward to coming back!

I had the mushroom tacos with spicy salsa verde and horchata. Service is hands-off through an iPad making it easy for takeout but there is also a nice sitting area with big windows. Dining here is a good opportunity to sightsee some of the artefacts in the legislative building.

Delicious food at good prices. The place was clean and decor modern. The outdoor patio was very nice too. Hours are short so make to sure to come here for lunch if visiting the legislative assembly or the nearby heritage centre.

After fleeing another restaurant in town because the food tasted like pure sorrow we decided on Casa De Cobre because it's the highest rated restaurant in the entire area. I've never had a mushroom burrito bowl and was tempted but alas I can't get past the fact that mushrooms are fungus and not a vegetable so I ordered the vegetarian burrito bowl. Excellent 👍. The food tasted "authentic" but I don't really know what authentic Mexican food should taste like so I should probably just shut up now. Highly...

Stellar quality, unbeatable prices. Absolutely fantastic meal that can’t be beat by any place in town. Strongly recommend, especially as they have something for all preferences. The chicken burrito was an all star, but the taco 3 piece (one of each protein) was a great way to experience each of the meats available. Vegetarian options also incredible, and truly amazing prices.
