Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yellowknife

I hate to leave negative reviews but this establishment can never ever get it right - its always the same driver forgetting things, i.e. drinks, dips, and this is AFTER i tip him 15/20 percent. When i call to make these adjustments or complain about service i get hung up on, and when i gave them another chance last night and ordered, it took 2 hours, and multiple calls and being hung up on, when i got my food it was BARELY room temperature and the pizza was messed up in the box. The effort and attitude of the staff here are sub par at best, and they aren't interested in bettering their service. I have tipped these guys soooo generously for almost nothing in return, forgotten refreshments, cold pizzas, god awful waiting times. Honestly, brunos does a far better job at their service despite having a lower end menu. This place should truly re-evaluate their management, but i feel as though ill get hung up on if i address that. Do not recommend, go for pizza hut or brunos it is not worth ur...

Absolute terrible service. Me and my wife have ordered from there ever other week for about a year and i think in all the time they have gotten our order right once. One time it was so bad that it was three times we ordered and still it was wrong and i had to drive down and get another. When i confronted there manager mad because for the 80th time my pizza was wrong he just shrugged his sholders and blew us off and said oh you want your money back. The chick who works in front is normally to blame shes so stupid she doesnt even ask us half the information needed. Theres only been one time we actually were given a free pizza but all other times no one was interested in giving us any good customer service. Im so mad that i honestly think we wont ever order from here agian they just really arnt interested in our business is...

Pizza is like any other Domino's (nothing to remember) and the prices are ridiculous. HUGE markup of cost's over locations down south not to mention they charge $5 delivery (which is kind of high) and if you want to use a machine its another $2... talk about passing all costs onto the customer. Why anyone would pay those kinds of prices is beyond me. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because a few weeks ago they actually had a special that was running down south and didn't change it to take advantage of customers in the north (2 for 1) though the cost of the pizza was still above what you would...
