Placed an order at 5:55PM, website said it would be ready in 35mins. Went to the establishment at 6:30PM. Was told it would be another 20-30 minutes because “we are really busy” and that I would get a notification on my phone when it was ready. Waited another 45 minutes, went back in and asked for my order. I was then told again that it would be an additional wait of 15-20 minutes. I finally, received the order of two medium pizzas at 7:35PM (almost two hours after the order was placed). (It was not worth the wait.) I ordered 2 pizzas on the website even called to confirm it on the store, firstly they took 45 mins to deliver it and that was a totally wrong order. We didn’t ate so we gave the pizza back as they told to do. We called to tell that we will not accept the returned pizza from somebody’s house as they messed up with orders and if they can make a new one they said if you want the fresh one it will take another 35-40 minutes, the whole process took them 1 hour 30 minutes, and the new pizzas were just reheated which were returned.
