It is the closest Tim Hortons to my home so I came after work to grab a coffee and a treat. The location is full of homeless people that follow you inside and beg for money or ask you to buy them a coffee. The lady who served me, an older Filipino lady gave me the dirtiest look, and was not friendly at all. She did prepare my coffee very well, however. The options left for treats were very minimal because the location closes at 6 PM. Since I’m done work at 5:15 and it takes me 20 minutes to walk there I arrived at closing time. There is nowhere to sit down and enjoy your coffee. One of the staff members told me I can sit in the stairs, but security kept on walking around me And giving me the cold stair so I walked out and had my coffee while walking home. I ordered a plain bagel double toasted with double butter, but the bagel was barely toasted and was dry so I couldn’t even taste any butter. Worst bagel I ever had. This location is also not open in the weekend. Since downtown is busy, I really don’t understand their short hours and their unavailability in...
Read moreon my way to the work yesterday and I stopped by this tim hortons, I walk in and immediately see no one in storefront or drive through, super sketched out I slowly walked in and I was afraid I was alone, soon a man came out and took my order but he didn't seem too into it, I tried to get him pumped up with some jokes and he just walked away so I stopped, after collecting my coffee and muffin I looked around to find a seat and every table had dishes! I ended up leaning on the glass outside and I was very upset, I asked for someone to do a lobby run but no one did. Then some man came out and asked me to stop busking when all I was doing was eating, he said it was very suggestive and I had to go. After getting in my car I took one last look into the tim hortons to find all the tables cleared, I smiled, and drove away, off into the...
Read moreNight crew are a bunch of useless cretins. You never get what you ask for.
Donuts are placed upside down in bags, clearly ask for two tea bags and always receive one.
Frequently "forget" to hand you your entire order. They say bye then close the window and walk away like they've given you everything. I've come back multiple times and the missing item is always ready, sitting on the table. I wouldn't doubt if they do this on purpose to get free drinks.
Assorted Tim bits are never properly randomised, it's usually just full of plain Tim bits.
By far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Never had a problem with day crew they're great but night shift is abysmal.
P.S: this review was created for the temporary 24/hr place that was up while the main building was...
