Burger King — Restaurant in George Town

Where should I start. The team in the mornings is very organized, and there is an Asian employee ( I don't know her name), so forgive me, but I feel she should be recognized. Excellent customer service! She knows about customer service to the point that she memorize your request if you are a regular. The night crew should get lessons from her about customer service, listening, and understanding your customers. Went there for an impossible burger, ordering difficult. You ask for one thing, and they give you what they feel like to increase sales. And it annoying asking ppl if they would like large fries or large drinks or desserts when, quite frankly the food is so over expensive now that it makes sense to go to corners and get a proper food. Ok, I have lived overseas, so it's a little difficult for me and my pallet when it comes to the over pricing. The immpossible burger by itself was 8.00 and the meal 11.00. 8.00 for a buger, so i was like, why so expensive? She said that is what it cost. But because it was late and I felt for it, we ordered only to be told after paying that I need to wait as the burgers won't be ready for about 5 minutes. We said ok, we were then told to move up and they would bring it to us, but did that happen? no, the worker pushed her head out the window and was shouting to get our attention, hey lady. Hey, I was like I am pretty sure they are not styling us like that?" My sis said yeap that's their customer service for you."She grabbed it because she knew I was already irriated by the service at the window. Fast foward when we reached home to eat our (impossible burger) true to its name the burgers had cheese added to it and who does not eat cheese me yeap me. So this is why the burger cost a bit more because they added the cheese for profit, ignoring the request of the customer. So I will say this to management please fix this issue of adding on, and if a customer says no, do not sneak add. Also, customer service training night team. Oh yeah, you all owe me an impossible burger as I was unable to eat the one I purchased. And offer your customers specials man, goes are the days you hosted promotions like full moon madness, whopper Wednesdays, and offer coupons if you're a franchise offer these promotions to you customers. Worse customer service delivered at Burger King downtown. Today I purchase a chicken sandwich and after taking one bite I was unhappy with the texture as it was not as crispy as I would like. Explained to manager who advised me that I should have told them to make it extra crispy. Explained this was my 1st time having the sandwich so wouldn’t know that I needed extra crispy as on the photo advertise it was not looked crispy enough. I asked to change to a whopper instead.
