Incredibly welcoming and friendly experience. Ordering by the board, you might forget that you are getting three drinks served to you. Great notes, great advice from our server, and responsive to requests and questions (yes, I asked for a glass of ice. I like some whiskey on the rocks!) The group I was with grabbed three different whiskey boards and each was incredibly distinctive, so the curation is clearly top notch. The full food menu was not available yet, so my friends grabbed the non-meat charcuterie board which had enough to share between 2-3 as an accompaniment.

Definitely a high class whiskey bar. Cocktails are excellent. Huge, and I mean huge whiskey selection. Prominently Scotish whisky but a very nice selection of all types of whisky. Staff extremely knowledgeable. Second time we stopped by one of the two owners, who's also the bartender set me up with a very good scotch, DAILUAINE, thoroughly explained the best way to sip and enjoy this. I'm a bourbon drinker, but this Scotch, sipping it slowly, adding a couple drops of water to bring out the subtle nuisance of this bottle made it very, very pleasant. Nice job.

5 stars – A Hidden Gem in Grand Cayman

My wife and I stumbled upon an absolute gem—The Cask in Grand Cayman—and it turned into one of the best bar experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world.

We travel with our Potation Bar Book by Steve Carrow, and wherever we go, we challenge the bartenders to make one of its creative drinks. At The Cask, Keryn and Jarno rose to the occasion with style, skill, and hospitality that blew us away. Not only did they craft our chosen cocktail from the book, but they also introduced us to the JK Cocktail, which was absolutely out of this world—smooth, balanced, and unforgettable.

Stopped in the Cayman Island, during a Cruise where we visited Cask and had a great 2 hours in the most fantastic Whisky bar with the best hospitality by Matt. The selection of Malts is second to none in the Carribbean and Matt never tried to push any type, he listened and made a well educated decision to offer what we thought was the perfect choice. Matt also spent time with us when he could probably have been doing more important jobs.
