My wife and I have been here multiple times and had good experiences. We took our two friends from the states because we liked it so much. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Our hostess took us to our seat and asked us if we wanted water and we said yes water is good. Through our meal are waiter disappeared. We asked for multiple things and waiter did not bring them to us. When they brought our bill they added $14 to our bill for water. We asked why we were charged, and the hostess told us she asked if we wanted tap or bottled water and we said bottled water. All four of us were confused and none of us heard her say that. She claimed someone asked for bottled water but she didn't know who it was. All four of us said she didn't ask about tap or bottled water and she became very rude to us and continued to insinuate that we were lying. Also we found out she was the manager. They did end up taking off the water after being treated very poorly. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be bringing any other friends to this...

They start with complimentary fresh baked bread and garlic butter. The bread is baked in a terra cotta flower pot, which you really can't get out of the flower pot. The terra cotta pot is super hot, so you can't really hold onto it to try and pull the bread out. You are basically just pulling the top off and the rest is stuck to the inside of the flower pot, it's cute, but not really practical. The rest is just super messy to try and get out of the pot.

I also had the Pronto Lunch Special, which is a choice of house or ceasar salad with a 6" pizza. I had the house salad, although it's beautifully displayed, I couldn't really taste their house dressing, however, their Philly pizza...

We ordered 6 different pies and I want to say coming from New York this isn’t even close to New York (Brooklyn) pizza.
Shrimp scampi isn’t really a shrimp scampi pie. Honestly it was a cheese pizza with a few small pies of shrimp tossed on it. Shrimp scampi pizza should be a white pie by the way.
The meat lovers wasn’t bad because they loaded it with meat but the pizza dough and sauce and this goes for all the pies (pepperoni, supreme, margarita) was below average. I don’t consider there pizza to be above a chain like Pizza Hut or Domino’s.
The sesame chick salad is great. I highly recommend it. The fried ravioli is a no, say away from it.
Probably won’t get pizza from here again but I’m still willing to come and try to...
