Cha Cha Chai — Restaurant in Hyndburn

Found this place while looking round the local area for a quick light halal lunch. There wasn't really much available so this place seemed like the best option.

The placed had nice deco but tables hadn't cleaned for new customers.

Got acknowledged and served in good time. There's a good range of options on the menu from kebabs to Desserts.. and obviously teas.

Ordered loaded Fries with chicken / mince mix.

I sat and waited. The wait was looooooooong...

Only a party of 4 sat before me. And one delivery order. Another customer came after me ordered and left with his drink/food. I think there was 4 to 5 members of staff.

There was a decent amount of meat toppings on the fries. And there's enough fries for a filling lunch. But for the amount of fries and price id say more meat would be better value especially in Accrington...

The problem was all the fries were stuck together with cheese. The toppings were hot but still the cheese had hardened, sticking all the fries together and some of the fries were stuck to the paper. This means the cheese had probably been sprinkled on the fries way before the meat was ready. This made it hard to eat, I found myself hacking at the fries pulling them apart and then having to use two hands to tear the fries off each other and the paper. This spoils the experience... the cheese should be sprinkled last on top of all the other toppings OR use melted cheese or cheese sauce.

This might be one of the nicest cha cha chai looking store i ever been to, i been to many, but the food/drink quality is not up to standard with the other stores.

I ordered boba tea and couldn't finish it as it was honestly the second worst boba tea i had in my life. I ordered strawberry bubble tea with strawberry popping balls. It was very very tangy, rather than a normal sweet strawberry taste like everywhere else, second thing was there was a huge white foam all around the top of the drink as you can see in the picture attached, i don't know what caused this whether be defective syrup used or old popping balls that have been sat for too long unused as thats what tends to happen if the popping balls aren't stored properly or used in time once put out. I don't know but its needs sorting out brothers as this is my first experience here and its been a pretty bad one.

This store is the most best looking one i have found so far but quality of food and drinks needs to improve then it will be amazing. Till then i can only provide a 3 star review.

Worst dessert place to order from, I came all the way from Birmingham, I placed an order from Uber eats I asked for a chocolate strawberry cup there was no description online. The order come with 2 straws and no strawberries it looked more like a milkshake. I rang them to complain and the person on the phone tried to argue back stating they have given us chocolate strawberries after explaining it was a milkshake he said he will send another one out and wanted the first order given to the delivery driver.

The second delivery came and it was the same cup with strawberries in this time and it also had ice cream which was not what I asked for. Please see below the pictures of what chocolate strawberries are. We also ordered 3 teas which were cold and the dessert place is only 5 mins away from the house.
