Fix Cafe — Restaurant in Las Condes

I arrived there with too much expectation, I ordered a Small Latte and the first time they gave me a weak medium latte amd the milk was burnt. I told them and they made me a new one. The second barista had a bad attitude and he made me the latte (still medium and weak... I never ordered it weak) but now the milk was cold.. I paid almost 5 dollars and I felt that it was a robbery.. it's supposed that is a Coffee Shop, but no one knows how to make a normal latte, even with that beautiful commercial coffee machine. Para ser lo que son, tienen muchísimo que mejorar. Los baristas son extremadamente irregulares, te puede tocar un café muy bueno y al otro día volver y notar que la preparación deja realmente que desear. Específicamente, el shot de espresso que tomé hoy estaba amargo (sobreextracción) y la leche muy mal texturizada (Doble espresso macchiato). Teniendo una exclenete máquina de espresso (Envidia de muchas cafeterías en stgo.) no le sacan todo el provecho que deberían. El barista es un eslabón clave en la entrega de un buen café y acá teniendo mucho potencial se quedan muy cortos la verdad.

Comentario aparte, el tema de las propinas. Por qué piden propina cuando es para llevar? Eso no es así en ninguna parte, es realmente incómodo. Deberían aumentar los sueldos del personal, o subir un poco los precios para compensar, pero creo que no corresponde pedir propina cuando uno va a comprar...
