ChelaCabur — Restaurant in San Pedro de Atacama

This is very much a local bar and I took one look at it and thought it was gonna be a place I loved but sadly no. There is a selection of draft but both pints we ordered were really thin. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it was watered down but something wasn’t right about it. The staff give the impression that they are really not bothered…. about anything really. Service is not good. One of them brought us the bill when we were still halfway through our beers and demanded we pay now. It may be that we should have paid when we ordered but no one told us that at the time and no other customers seemed to be told to pay in this way. Shocking Service! Two friends and I came here for some drinks and food. One of my friends was feeling unwell so didn't feel like drinking or eating. My other friend and I however were going to order drinks and a meal. However the waitress came over and was almost shouting at my friend who didn't want anything, saying he must. He ended up getting a soft drink (which he didn't even have) simply to get this woman off our case. We spent a lot of money in here and were treated awfully, would not recommend unless like us, you had nowhere else to...

Bueno tengo varias cosas para decir: 1-primero la mala actitud con la que fui atendido no me pareció para nada adecuada teniendo en cuenta que San Pedro atacama es una ciudad turística llena de extranjeros que lo único que buscan es vivir gratas experiencias y así aconsejar a otros extranjeros a que vuelvan a esta linda ciudad para visitarla. Cuando hablo de actitud la persona o las personas que me atendieron nunca me brindaron una sonrisa nunca me me atendieron. 2- cómo segunda medidale recomiendo con gran afán a los propietarios que se encarguen de explicarle a la gente cómo funciona este negocio debido a que no atienden a las personas que no están sentadas en una mesa,entonces como ustedes son los únicos que conocen estas reglas por favor hágaselo saber a las personas que están paradas y a la espera de ser atendidas tengan una buena manera de hacerlo no es culpa de la gente que ustedes tengan normas tan cuadriculadas. 3-le recomiendo al establecimiento pensar siempre en las necesidades del cliente, deberían agrandar el establecimiento para que muchas más personas pueden ser atendidas al mismo tiempo para la zona donde se encuentran el local es muy chico. 4- El ambiente y la música no son tan agradables ni variadossiempre tienen un mismo tipo de música al gusto no sé será de los que trabajan en el establecimiento. Por último les digo que tienen una gran oportunidad de mejora que tomen estos consejos y crezcancomo personas y como establecimiento teniendo en cuenta de que San Pedro atacama es un sitio muy visitados por turistas y donde en realidad los costos son muy elevados para el trato que...
