It certainly looks the part; cool interior, reggae music & the smell of incense (which was a tad overwhelming!). But WAY WAY OVER PRICED. They charge separate & extra for a less than mediocre americano. $3,000 for that, $6,000 for this tiny omlette & of course $900 service charge. Much better value if you walk & look around where you can get the coffee & omlette for just $6,000 plus service charge. Or better still, go to the local mercato & buy ingredients for a few days, which is even cheaper.
Dear Rincon, Thank you for your response, that's important. I can appreciate the cost situation you face as I face it myself as an every day citizen. You have a good restaurant there and the rating is based on your restaurant being a...
Read moreI arrived for breakfast which was clp9,000, for a cup of coffee, two fried eggs, 3 pieces of toast without butter (they wanted another clp 1000 for butter) and strawberry juice (which was quite good). The price is clearly displayed on the menu, but considering you can get 3 course lunches everywhere in town, for less, I expected that at least the service would be acceptable. It wasn't. With 2 waitresses I still had to try to get their attention several times. When i asked for sugar with my coffee.....I left before the sugar ever arrived. Breakfast here is a rip-off, but thats your choice.Lousy service,...
Read moreThis was our very first stop when we arrived in Atacama and we ended up eating here 3 times on our trip! Fantastic food, reasonable prices at around 10,000 for most entrees, the server, Fran, was super welcoming from the first day and remembered us each time. She was very helpful with dietary restrictions and they had plenty of vegetarian and dairy-free options. The drinks were also refreshing. 100% recommend eating here at least once. They’re also open late so if you get too distracted adventuring and forget to eat like us, they’re a...
