This is the best Peruvian food we’ve had outside of Peru! My husband is from Lima, and we had a Peruvian food truck in Miami, so we can be particular when it comes to Peruvian food. This place checks every box and makes everything perfectly. We’ve come literally three days in a row because the food is that amazing!
We’ve had the Lomo Saltado over Risotto a la Huancaína, Ají de Gallina, Causa Limeña de Pollo, Tallarines Verdes, Vegetarian Arroz Chaufa, Suspiro Limeño and their homemade Chicha Morada, along with Pisco Sours and Maracuyá Sours. Every single thing has been absolute perfection. My daughter asked if they were hiding her grandmother in the back lol.
