Dopo una settimana in giro per la Cina , avevamo un bisogno impellente di ritrovare il gusto dei nostri piatti mediterranei. Di soggiorno al ST Regis Hotel a Beijing non potevamo mancare il Danieli’s ristorante. Ambiente molto bello, servizio eccellente, i piatti decisamente squisiti: dalla bresaola col caviale, ai ravioli di pesce, alle capesante , tutto è stato incredibilmente buono. Non abbiamo preso il dolce ed il vino . Ci ha fatto particolarmente piacere, per noi calabresi, trovare a tavola come antipastino anche la Nduia , a Pechino. Il conto è stata l’ultima piacevole sorpresa, pari al prezzo di un normale ristorante in Italia. Complimenti allo chef e allo staff! Antonio Curcuglioniti
