We had terrible experiences with this restaurant. The Chefs did not know how to cook basic Chinese dishes. Not even close to.... This restaurant dose show you a beautiful Manuel but did means they will give you same quality and quantity of food that showing on their Manuel. As our observation this restaurant do not have enough customers so they are not able to provide us the fresh food, and of course they have to cut amount of meat or vegetables in our dishes. By the end, we found they charge us lunch Manuel dishes with Dinner Manuel dishes price....
Read more【位置】个人觉得很好找,第一次打车来的,第二次坐地铁。在市八在医院附近。 【口味】吃了这么久,我最喜欢还是#酸菜鱼#,每次点的香辣虾(香辣系列的东西)都是会剩下一些,酸菜鱼却总能吃的干干净净。而且令我经常回味的,想起来就流口水的还要属这里的酸菜鱼了。鱼要两斤起点,如果不加一些配料,例如:酸菜、粉丝等食物。装鱼的容器就会小一些,吃起来也是很单薄,很快就吃完了,酸菜也极少的,酸味也没有很浓郁。吃久了经验就多了,酸菜粉丝我都会加。酸味够了,然后粉丝最后也是吸收了汤的好味道,吃完酸酸辣辣麻麻的鱼,就可以慢慢享受粉丝了(粉丝膨胀后会很多)。写到这里已经有种无法自拔的感觉了,好想吃啊!下次再来我决定要把酸菜鱼彻底吃爽,2个人我也要点3斤鱼,外加酸菜和粉丝,不点香辣系列了,要尽情享受酸菜鱼!真心每次都是意犹未尽。另外值得一提的还有#红油猪脑#,豆腐垫底猪脑上面还有焦的蒜蓉,这口感我太喜欢了。来鹿鼎记我个人强烈推荐#酸菜鱼#和#红油猪脑#! 【环境】【服务】环境就是比较宽敞,早去的话午市无序排队,我每次都是中午去吃。很想等位在等位牌后面画那个圈圈送2碟小吃,可惜都来早了不用等位,小吃每碟都要十几二十块,我表示想等位。这里的服务我不得不说服务人员真的很有素质,有种企业化的感觉。我是老板我会感激他们。上次吃到一点点脏东西,已经快吃完了,整盆鱼还给你,拿一盆新的鱼后,再拿走旧的(规格和你点的一模一样),哪怕只是一根头发,太值得别的餐饮行业的服务人员学习了。真心好评,这里的服务人员我要给赞。特别是那天那个肥仔。
