粤顺粤德 — Restaurant in Guangzhou City

We had very poor service experience with their young female service staff who handled our food orders.

To be fair, my colleague (let’s call him ‘A’) ordered green vegetable dishes and there was miscommunication between my colleague’s order and the female service staff taking our orders.

The green vegetable dish was then served to us shortly after our other colleagues (‘B’ and ‘C’) arrived to the dining table. They then explained to the female service staff that what we wanted was another type of greens vegetable as colleague A and B is known to have allergies to the incorrectly dished-out vegetable.

The female service staff then yelled at colleague A and B trying to defend her position that she dished out the right dish.

I don’t think they (the female service staff) needs to scream at us, and colleague B raised his voice too, to warn the staff from screaming at us for a dish order.

We ate only 3/5 dishes while the remainder 2 was not served to us for the next 25 minutes. It is at this point that we decided to leave the restaurant, and we went to the counter to make payment but the same female service staff charged us for all 5 dishes and took our monies (physical cash) rudely with a hand swipe.

They just lost a returning customer group,...
