ここが本店。１階では表通りに面してテイクアウトの饅頭や点心を販売。肉まんが３元、餅が２元程度で対面販売(指さし)で買える。点心売店を過ぎて道なりにある入口が(饅頭の売店とｹﾝﾀｯｷｰ=背徳基の間の通路は１階のﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪへ)食事の受付。整理券を係のお姉さんがくれるので番号が呼ばれるのを待つ。呼び出しの掲示板はなく放送で呼ばれたら(中国語で数字を発声)、カウンター前の係に整理券を提示する(呼ばれた人が何番なのかこの時に覗き見できる)と、何階に行けと指示(記入)される。指定の階に行くとフロアーの担当が席を指定してくれ、メニューがくればあとは注文するだけ。家族連れが多いので騒々しいが、料理は美味しく値段も手頃。同名の支店があちこちにある。(河坊街のレストラン街にある店も広いが待たずに入れた。)
