Friendship Hotel Hangzhou — Hotel in Hangzhou City

The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. The hotem was in a really good location, just a stone's throw away from the In77 malls. The room was big, clean and the beds were really comfy. There was even free beverages for guests to enjoy! But the standout for my stay has got to be the exceptional service i had received from everyone but particularly 雯雯! I was asking for help with ordering supper as i didn't have a China number to register for an account with *, and she willingly helped me set it up using her own spare number! She also told me to add her on wechat so i could just chat her whenever i needed help during my stay, which made things so much easier and super convenient (e.g. when my orders arrived, she immediately texted to inform me and got someone to deliver it up to my room, or when i accidentally left some items in the room after checkout and i could just text her to help me retrieve them!) Overall, she really went above and beyond to make our stay a really pleasant one and i will definitely consider staying here again the nx time im back in HZ!
