Used to be a good, reasonably priced for lunch buffet but the quality has gone down quite a bit since COVID.
Pros: Comfortable seating inside a hotel Reasonable refill rates for most of the food
Cons: Some servers were courteous but a few were rude They have a sashimi server. When we asked for a two person's portion of salmon to be shared back at our table, we received FOUR thin slices The lemon slices at the self serve tea & coffee station were dry and bitter, obviously been cut quite some time ago They used to have a much better selection including barbecue pork, roast duck and sliced cakes that they sell at the cake shop for about 38HKD per slice. Now they replaced the barbecue dishes with veggie Spring Rolls and Samosas, and selection of dessert has shrunken including just a few bite sized mousse cakes and some Chinese desserts
Recommended dishes: Oysters on the shell, Beef in red wine sauce, fresh fruits (all sweet and fresh), Salmon Sashimi, Green Tea Mousse Cake, Cheese selection
Dishes one might avoid: Shrimps (some were not fresh), Veal ribs in black pepper sauce (very greasy and chewy even though it was obvious that tenderizer was used), Chinese Fried dough in lemon syrup (very greasy tasting)

The Café is clean, tidy & staff is attentive. Table settings are good with plenty of spaces in between.
The buffet dinner consists of seafood, Chinese cuisine, deserts, ice-cream etc . Lobster, Oster, long leg crab are my favourite. Meanwhile this café also offers unlimited free red & white wine to guests. I love it.
The price of the buffet dinner is $715 + 10% services charge. However they offer a particular discount to all elderly who just pay the price as...

Ready to go steamed whole fish in ginger and shallots with soya sauce is the center of attention, meat is so tender, can't wait for another bite. Oriental dish like roasted duck, chicken etc., in...
