Had a terrible experience I placed my order (100days baby hamper) on a Monday to be delivered on a Friday between 2-8pm, paid and even received a email plus a WhatsApp confirmation that they received my payment and order. Followed up my order through WhatsApp on a Tuesday and no response from them. Called them on Friday at 6pm to see if they will still deliver my order and they said oh sorry we can only deliver the next day (Saturday) morning before 11am. Then Saturday morning came 9am I called them to follow up they said yes don’t worry you will receive your order before 11am. It was 10:30am then I decided to call them they said the delivery person left their shop 1hour ago (take note their shop is in Sheung Wan and I live in Wanchai) still didn’t receive my order. Called the shop again and they said they left it at my lobby went to the lobby nothing was there, called the shop again and they said oh sorry we delivered it to the wrong person. Like wth! So I told them I will pick it up at their shop as I was loosing my patience then they told me oh we are sorry but some items on your order are not available. Why would you confirm and accept a payment if the item I ordered is unavailable? Then they offered a refund and said we will refund the same day I said ok. I waited the whole night I didn’t get my refund. I messaged them and said sorry we will transfer the refund by tonight(Saturday). It was 11pm and I still didn’t get my refund the next morning (Sunday) I messaged and asked where was my refund and they said oh we are sorry but our accounts said that the refund will take 2-3days. As a company you should never make promises to your customers and if you are unable to provide the products you sell do not accept the payment or atleast have a decency to tell your customer in advance. Stated clearly to the shop that I need them to take picture on-site to confirm the delivery and they agreed. The contact person disappeared on the day of the delivery and there is no way I could call them via shop or whatsapp! I have to bother the family member of the deceased to ensure the flower stand has been sent to the funeral home. Outrageous customer service. Can you believe the shop owner said they are not in operation on Sundays and still taking orders to be delivered on a Sunday? Never never order flowers...
