I always fancy HK island McDonald’s, and here is why!! Clean and hygienic, and usually there are plenty of seats available for people to dine in!! Love it! One star deducted because the music too loud (personally couldn’t get used to it) and the food delivery speed was much slower than Kowloon’s stores.

Been here a few times, but the last time I been there gave me such a bad experience that I don't think I will go back there again. I ordered a spicy chicken burger. The stuff did not call me to pick up my meal. Have to figure that meal is mines on the serving table. The tables are full of garage from previous customers and the garage can was completely full so people can't really clean the tables. The spicy chick burger I ordered had so much jalapeno in it that it falls out of the burger. Never seen a burger with so much jalapeno. I had too pull some out because I can taste nothing but the spiciness of the jalapeno. I did not feel well at all after eating that burger. I threw up, had diarrhea, had flashes of cold and heat and was laying in the bed days after that. Wasted my time laying in bed in the hotel on my vacation. I think the stuff there probably knew the burger was spoiled and covered it up with putting the large amount of jalapeno in there. Always thought McDonald's would be a clean source of food, but that McDonald's...

I recently visited McDonald's with my friend Michael and had the pleasure of encountering Henry during our visit. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in his service. After ordering our McFlurry Ice cream, Henry noticed that we were low on Oreo's and decided to give us a top up, which was a really nice touch. This small act of kindness really made our experience at McDonald's even more enjoyable. Henry's excellent customer service skills and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on us and we truly appreciate his kind gesture. We hope to encounter more employees like Henry during our future visits to McDonald's. 5/5 to customer service...
