This is one of the best eggettes (雞蛋仔) and waffles (格仔餅) places you will find in Hong Kong! They really have the recipe and cook time down!

Waffles (格仔餅) have always been my all time favorite Hong Kong street food and it's oh so good here!! The sweetness is just right for me. And their eggettes are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My kids can never get enough!!

Now depends on which day you come, expect a long line. I went during a Saturday afternoon and waited for over 40 minutes for 2 waffles and 1 eggettes. Yeah, it's so good that people are willing to wait that long! If you only get the waffle, the wait isn't as bad. Apparently eggettes take longer to make, or perhaps just more people order the eggettes?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Crunchy exterior with a soft and hot interior, the egg puff was subtly sweet and chewy. The custard filling was rather light, making it not heavy to have. It smelled aromatic yet it cooled down quickly, so we had to finish it asap if we wanted to enjoy a hot puff. . The price was a bit pricy, but it tasted really nice.
