林洪記水產 — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Food quality just soso, not really fresh. I got 1 out of 4 clam which is rotted, all abalones were not cleaned, very very tiny scallops, crabs with missing claws, smallest lobster I've even seen, etc, but the shrimps were tasty. The size of shop is small and all guests were packed very tight. In contrast to the food, the service there was really bad. A young rude crew keep urging you to leave and return the table for next round when you have not yet finished your meal and there is over 20mins from the agreed dining time. Horrible experience and I would avoid this restaurant if I want to have a good time with friends. Photo was taken after I was removed...

Totally the worst steamed seafood restaurant I have ever seen. The overall food quality is bad. Apart from crabs and shrimps, most of the seafood are not fresh. Especially squid and river snail. The seafood are also not deeply cleaned as we found some sand in razor fish. Besides, the portion and size of every seafood are tiny. Only the shrimp toast and beef tastes good. Some hotpot side dishes are terrible and not fresh (zero original texture after being fridged for a long time). We ordered a package but one seafood item was replaced by some cheap mussels. The staff are not very nice as well. I would never come again nor recommend...

Service was not so great, only offered two hotpot for 6 ppl instead of three, their excuse was not enough space on the table. (Which was not true) Staff wasn’t so friendly. Keep urging us to pay and finish. Food was very average, the 2 hour all you can eat seafood set only offer 1 plate of seafood at the beginning, and require additional fee if you would like to offer more seafood. Which i found it...
