Today I went to eat dinner in San Po Kong, and I felt that this restaurant was very comfortable and cozy, giving a homely feeling.
We ordered: Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle Sandwich The slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired with crispy waffles. The waffles were made flawlessly, not hard at all. The sauce of the pork was rich in flavor, which complemented the waffles very well.
Italian Baked Eggs with Tiger Prawns The texture of the Italian baked eggs was smooth, paired with fresh tiger prawns, making the dish full of seafood freshness. The aroma of the baked eggs harmonized beautifully with the sweetness of the prawns.

Read moreHaving read those good reviews, my friend and me wanted to have lunch there. We arrived at 12.00 noon the gate was still half open. In Hongkong, that is a sign of “preparation in progress”.
So we took the chance to walk around the neighborhood and was back 15 mins later.
Still a half open gate, with 5~6 other people awaiting. That is a sign of a good restaurant. But we were in a hurry so we switched to eat elsewhere.
Eventually we came again in tea time. My friend went to the restroom but was immediately called back off, was told that the toilet was closed to visitors as a anti-pandemic measure.
I wanted to tell the manager this is by law a restaurant needs to provide toilet facility to all its customers. The shop could close altogether if wishing to avoid the pandemic risk…. My friend held me cool, didn’t want to create a scene, just assuring this was our last visit to this cafe.
