But it tasted good and the chicken was of big portion for a half chicken (other restaurants usually have small pieces of chicken with very few portions). So if you're only two people, don't order too many side dishes, two to three is already enough.
I've tried the cheese chicken hotpot on another occasion and it was also amazing. But it fills you up quite quickly. Again, don't order too many side dishes.

香港有個獨特的飲食文化,就是一年四季都食火鍋! 偶爾也喜歡夏天火鍋去,是晚去了觀塘【米走雞】,於於臨興街,未及巧明街,成業街那一段熱鬧,但高峰期街段每個晚上都會變得非常熱鬧。因為呢橦「The Wave」有好多好野食呢。
選雞煲打邊爐既我,可以一爐兩食,惹味的雞煲又不及麻辣火銅或海底撈般多油。 對不對?!經「The Wave」直上便是了。
上到去門口是MiniFriday,行入小小就係【米走雞】 啦,因為疫情嘅關係我地 5:30左右就入座了,諗住早點吃完便早點回去,所以呢段時間都比較少人。
不過餐廳都好注意衛生,所有醬料等等嘅都有蓋好,清毒都做好足呢。食得好放心。
【米走雞】店內地方挺大的,裝修簡潔,有氣氛,覺得空間感好大,也夠舒適。另外都有12個人的包廂,私穩度都夠呢。
同埋有時候呢度有個好處就係有live Band呀!!!不過今日冇緣見到啦。
餐牌好多野食都好吸引,呢度除了「黃金芝士雞煲」外,店子也有供應「火焰麻辣雞煲」礙樣同是好出名喔。

雞煲充滿辣椒乾,洋蔥,唐芹,芫茜, 香氣撲鼻。呢個辣度啱曬我哋。
雞件煮至金黃色,雞件好多又好滑 ,雞煲好像怎麼都吃不厭,醬汁濃郁,香辣惹味!!!D雞吸唒煲內既精華,勁入味!!食到停唔到口! 不過兩人吃都好夠喉呢。
👉🏻加多寶及檸樂 食得雞煲真係唔飲野唔得呀,叫左加多寶同檸樂,涼茶品牌加多寶,但都會諗起王老吉,哈哈!
吃完嫩滑雞件,更可加入湯底打邊爐。我地就加左麻辣湯打邊爐,見到紅噹噹,好似好爽咁呢。少辣麻辣火鍋湯底,好香麻口感、惹味非常,味道濃烈,美中不足是材料小 。

蝦膠焯熟後,蝦滑定蝦都好,仍然保持着爽口兼彈牙,本體充滿濃郁嘅蝦味,好推介呢一樣呀!多重口感味道又滋味!!!
👉🏻翡翠苗半份 $24 豆芽長出來的最幼嫩部分所食落質地柔軟細緻,就算是麻辣湯都可食到脆嫩多汁,甜味亦重!少許草青味也沒有呢。
👉🏻鮮炸響鈴半份 $28 年輕一代吃炸響鈴,老一輩的火鍋良伴就是炸魚皮,欣賞佢金黃脆卜卜,簡簡單單淥三幾秒就食得,正!!!
呢個自家製嘅鮮炸響鈴,非常之脆,好有口感,因為比一般嘅係響鈴厚身!!!

普通水餃同牛肉餃都脹卜卜,幾款餃子都係自家製的手工餃子來!豐富的牛肉餡有滿滿的肉汁,餃子皮薄身都唔緊要因為都唔會散掉讓肉汁漏走,另外在配上自己條配嘅火鍋配料醬汁來吃更顯鮮味呢。
其中我最喜歡的就是韭菜餃和鮮蝦雲吞,韭菜鮮嫩崔綠,餡料新鮮,食落爽口。而鮮蝦雲吞爽口彈牙,豬肉內餡吃起來就很有味道!
