The Margherita pizza is a symphony of simple yet bold flavors. The sourdough crust, perfectly baked, offers a crisp exterior with a soft, slightly tangy chew that sets the stage. The sauce, made from sweet, ripe San Marzano tomatoes, bursts with bright, fresh acidity, lightly seasoned with a pinch of sea salt and a whisper of olive oil. Creamy, hand-torn mozzarella melts into gooey perfection, delivering a rich, milky sweetness that balances the sauce’s tang. Fresh basil leaves scattered atop add a fragrant, peppery herbaceousness, tying each bite together with vibrant aroma. Served straight from the oven, the warmth enhances every flavor, making this classic pizza an unforgettable 10/10 experience.

The creamy mushroom sauce with black truffle on the OMFG handmade pasta is an absolute flavor masterpiece. It’s luxuriously rich, with a velvety cream base that coats the al dente pasta perfectly. The earthy, umami-packed mushrooms—likely a blend of cremini and porcini—deliver a deep, savory warmth, while the black truffle infuses the sauce with its distinctive, decadent aroma and a subtle nutty complexity. A hint of garlic and a whisper of fresh thyme add layers of sophistication, balanced by a touch of Parmesan for a slight salty tang. The sauce is indulgent yet refined, with the truffle’s bold elegance making every bite...

It took 40 mins for eggs and mushroom on toast, and when it was delivered it was missing elements from the menu and my side order. We had to follow-up on it several times, it was clearly forgotten and looked like it had been thrown together in a few minutes. We ordered sparkling water, and an already opened, half full bottle was initially brought to us. I politely brought this up with the staff and ask for the late and wrong dish to be reflected in the final bill - it was not. We were told the add-on eggs and service charge were removed instead (upon checking, this was not removed).

The positives are the atmosphere and modern design, and the pizza was delivered in good time and was good.

Overall, we expected much better service and food given the $$ pricing - we are disappointed and will not be going back.

UPDATE: to the Baked response - we did not “scream” at your staff neither did we say “I know you just opened and the food is good”. The sparkling water that was initially brought to us was indeed half full and already opened. Your response is untrue and lacks professionalism for...

Food is delicious but there is a serious lack of staffing and staff also need better training. My family arrived for lunch and we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Our toddler was getting very impatient and we also had to go somewhere after so we asked the food to be packed. One staff member was very helpful and tried to rush the food and packing for us. However, another staff was totally clueless and hardly understood what we were asking for. She also did not apologize for the delay in food and didn’t say thank you after the bill was paid - all very basic things for hospitality. I saw other tables trying to wave down the staff for water and people walking up to the cashier to pay because no one was coming to their table with the bill. The one experienced staff member was running around the place trying to sort things out. He definitely needs more support.

We’ve been a few times and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. I hope that the staffing issue can...

I never leave reviews but the experience I had was memorable- I went to baked HK for my birthday brunch with 6 ppl and when I tell you this is the place to go! This is the REAL DEAL! it was such a wonderful experience, the staff handled us with care and detail. The place was packed and the staff still managed to handle our crazy party of 6 in a timely fashion! The ambiance is just another level of cool, the FOOD , the PIZZAS, the PASTRIES - ALL HOMEMADE/ no shortcuts! Just straight love for the craft. We were lucky enough to meet chef zahir, he was so warm and hospitable. He shared with us that these recipes were from his family and that this menu is a journey of his life. Everything that my party ordered was A+++. Thank you to chef Zahir and his beautiful staff for making my birthday brunch the most memorable. I will be telling all my friends and will be dining here frequently. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Big love!

Delicious - had the Drunk off the Vodka pasta, a margarita/pepperoni half-half pizza, chicken kebab, and fries. I was afraid the sourdough would be too tough as a pizza base, but i was proven entirely wrong! While pizza is not Baked's main focus, it holds up well against Amalfitana down the way! Service 4* because there was only one staff for the entire restaurant. But he was friendly and helpful. Thanks to him and the chef for accommodating our half-half pizza request (which we paid for, of course). I would raise this to 5* once there are more staff! Of note: no alcohol for now, as they're newly opened and awaiting their liquor license. They are fine with people bringing in drinks from outside in the meantime. Look forward to coming back!
