Not recommended. Took over 45 minutes between the first and second dish, only after we asked about it multiple times when other tables that arrived after us already had multiple courses arrive.

Generally mediocre service and many dishes were overly salted. Additionally, many dishes in the seafood fish tanks were diseased - Not exactly a vote of confidence on quality...

食物, 座位都理想 今日去黃埔天地商場購物, 晚飯時間到了, 要找個地方吃飯. 女友對食肆有要求, 要美觀舒適, 又好食. 看看 Open Rice, 再四圍望望, 找到 潮潮居. 門外看餐牌, 有不少傳統潮州美食, 決定在此食晚飯.

座位闊落開揚, 空間充足, 有卡座. 座位多元化, 間隔好, 吾會太嘈, 好舒適. 還有 VIP 房,

有各國名酒, 方便請客飲酒. 點了鐵觀音茶, 侍應送上酸菜小食, 大家先開胃. 食物選擇多, 主力潮州菜, 價錢適中. 有散叫菜式.

女友即點, 潮州菜主食, 鹵水鵝片. 很快送到. 鵝肉厚薄度適中, 油脂甘香. 鵝肉夠嫩, 啖啖肉, 已去骨. 肉質美味, 口感不錯. 墊上鹵水豆腐, 豆腐好入味, 調味正.

方魚肉碎粥, 食潮州粥有兩款好食, 蠔仔粥食得多, 今晚要食方魚肉碎粥. 方魚令粥底味道 鮮香, 用料足, 裡面有香菇, 芫茜, 肉碎. 口感非常豐富.

每次食潮州菜, 我們必食 潮陽炸蝦蟹棗, 炸蝦蟹棗香脆可口, 蝦滑蟹滑鮮味足, 食得滋味. 香煎蠔烙, 也是必食吃潮菜. 蠔烙煎得又熱又香, 大大件份量足. 蠔仔多, 粒粒肥美飽滿, 蠔味濃濃帶鮮香, 酥脆好食.

砂鍋普寧豆瓣雞 (半隻), 普寧特產豆瓣醬雞名聞已久, 但未食過, 今次要試試.這個菜好大鍋, 半隻雞份量很足, 雞肉嫩滑, 伴有五花腩和馬蹄, 混上普寧豆瓣醬, 調味正, 好食又有體面, 請客必點.

潮式鹹排骨春菜煲, 這個菜吃得很健康. 春菜味道像芥菜, 煮得稔滑軟綿, 配上鹹排骨, 吃起簡單而美味.

師傅 廚藝好, 食品選擇多, 環境好舒服, 店員服務周到, 會再來.
