Crown Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I went there for afternoon tea. The food is not bad, but not good. I ordered beef chow fun. The plate could not fit the whole chow fun. It felt very squeezed and claustrophobic. It also did not taste very good, like if they were using an electric stove.

The service was pretty bad. The workers acted as if they were annoyed whenever I ordered something.

The atmosphere was pleasant, unlike the former. The restaurant gave me chinese restaurant vibes. It was clean and I did not...

The satay beef is a must try, the atmosphere is clean but the tables are slightly slippery. P.S. Make sure to try the chili oil packets found under the table, they taste...

光顧了幾次，食物質素不錯，服務員態度好，裝潢很好，座位設計舒適，有一人座位。

作為工廠區食堂，價錢稍為偏貴。

有兩次發現餐具洗得不乾淨。另外，店舖常常將大門打開，坐近大門會感到寒冷，亦會迎來蒼蠅，這些希望可以改善。

2023年8月27日(星期日)中午再次光顧，感覺很差：

點餐時，一位穿著啡色制服的女職員問我幾多位，我說一位，她隨即著我轉換一人座位，我說我見有很多座位沒有人坐才坐下(當時最少有十張四人座位沒有人坐)，她說那麼有需要時才轉換。下單時，她好像很匆忙趕著要做甚麼似的，但當時餐廳內只有大約一半人入座，她的匆忙使我感到有點壓迫感。

離開前，一位穿著黑色制服的男職員追著一位女職員罵，我不知道發生甚麼事，只聽到男職員說：「仲駁嘴……繼續駁丫……只係叫你快手啲」，女職員卻沒有作聲。餐廳內部問題應該關門後才解決，不應在店內處理，在店內罵員工會令到顧客感到不舒服。

經過今天的經歷後，我降低了這間餐廳的服務評分及整體評分，日後應該不會再光顧。

穿啡色制服的女職員應該接受再培訓，提供更好的服務，穿著黑色制服的男職員應該被解僱，因為他連基本的員工問題也...
