5 stars: I would have given them 5 stars even if the food is mediocre (which it is not, food was great!) as they don't put any MSG in their food! I am allergic to msg (in large amounts) and places like this is so needed for me in Hong Kong!

Food was great. We had soup, strawberry ribs, chicken, food rice and tofu. The ribs and fried rice is especially flavourful!

Price is moderate. HKD 610 for 4 of us.

This restaurant is certainly proof that you don't need msg to cook good food!

No msg Good flavour Customisable, you can request less oil or salt if you wish Moderate prices

It is ALWAYS full. You almost cannot expect to walk in on the weekends. You HAVE to book in advance...

Part of the Maxim chain. Clearly understaffed but not a surprise, given the high cost of running a restaurant in HK. Staff are clearly trying their best and you can see they are able to spot the regulars as well. Nothing much to complain about the food, everything served hot as they are freshly cooked and served. You won’t see trolleys with dimsum being pushed around. You need to order via their APP by scanning the QR code. They have Chinese and English menu, so no worries there. Good place for lunch, does get busy (and noisy) so good to go before the rush hour for a more pleasant dining experience as well as enjoy their early...

Need to take a side elevator up to the food floor where this is located. A very typical Hong Kong Chinese restaurant owned by a large local corporation. Food wise are hit and misses. Tim sum by Hong Kong standard is lousy. Cha siew Pau was their saving grace . My surprise was their salted fish pork rice, a taste of Cantonese home cook wonders. You really felt you gone to someone home to dine with that dish. Perfect harden southen Chinese rice grains with fragrant of the salted fish and soft tender pork slices bath in the heat of the...
