The quality of food is amazing and haven't been to this chain restaurant after COVID.
That sounds like such a satisfying feast—like you rediscovered a gem after a long hiatus! That crab sounds like the star of the show: big, flavorful, and totally worth doubling up on. At $78 a piece, but requires to order minimum of 2, they better be putting on a performance, and it sounds like they absolutely delivered.
The Peking Duck detail really stands out—love that they trimmed the fat but kept all the indulgent crispiness. That’s a thoughtful touch, especially if you're dining with folks who prefer something lighter but still packed with flavor.
炸醬麵 with just the right amount of Cantonese influence? Yes please. It’s great when a dish balances the savory depth without going overboard on salt. I can totally imagine you all trying to pace yourselves and still ending up in a glorious food coma from over-ordering.
That kind of attentive service really elevates the whole experience. Constantly refilling water might seem like a small thing, but it shows the staff is paying attention and genuinely cares about your comfort throughout the meal. It’s those little touches that make a place feel warm and welcoming—especially when you're digging into rich dishes like Peking Duck and fried crab.

Now I have to say that on the taste of the dishes alone, this place is 5stars.. The signature duck with pancakes was heavenly with just the right levels of oiled skin and meat. The brown rice was another divine find that tastes nothing like the hard core brown rice you might be used to. It's light and fluffy delish. The crab claws equally tasted great with full meaty textures and just the right lot tercel of frying.
So why dock a star? Well... There's lots of, quite frankly, stupid menu rules as surcharges. For example, the cost of condiments like ginger or chopped chillies is surcharged like some cheap fast food place (not by much but still). Add to that that the vibe of the restaurant in the visits we made her and their other branch is that because they know they are going to be so busy, they are simply packing people in with no care or concern for the dining customer. On one visit, a waiter with a cough was happily coughing all over the food which put us off on that particular visit (thankfully a one off) but the attitude does need to be addressed by...
Read moreA new style of Chinese(Cantonese & Beijing fusion) restaurant that located near PoCorn and Park Centre in TseungKwanO. The environment is fair but not too ideal, cause sits in between every table is quite congest, and perhaps you might be disturbed by other visitors who's talking too loud that seem without any sound disturbance can be solved . Concerning about the food, averagely speaking its acceptable, quite delicious and tasty. However, the main course about Roast Duck to me is quite disappointed, for those duck being served is a little bit rough, meat is thickly sliced, so while you try to wrap those meat and sweet sause together with the flour crust, it will easily fall, cause you can't grasp it tight for eating which make you feel quite embarass. Fortunately for those snacks and stir-frys are impressive and catch your appetite. Finally, their dessert is O.K. , more than you can expect, especially the sweet Mango Pomelo Sago Pudding 楊枝甘露 is excellent, worth to try. Overall, the restaurant can do much more better if they want keep abreast of their business, sure they have potential to...
