Saizeriya — Restaurant in Hong Kong

There was only one waiter in the whole restaurant, and I waited for like 20 mins just to order. The food was normal. Prob not enough waiters to order at this time.

Food: I ordered carbonara spaghetti, corn and cheese pizza and corn soup. (I just really like corn LOL) The soup was pleasant but I suggest that you don't eat too much of it or else you might get full easily. The corn pizza was nice but since it was a busy lunchtime, the crust was a little too soft and hard to cut. Finally, the carbonara was a little too cheesy but it was still nice. The only downside is that the meat tastes very salty and it may be my taste but I will write it down here in case anyone needs to know. Overall, I think this restaurant is nice and everything, but I hope the service will improve after they have recruited more staff. Disclaimer: This is only personal comments and is not related to anything else...

Bad service. Food is getter worse than I last visited. When I was there at the time which was the not a busy time, only 2 tables included me. One customer came in said her phone was not available to order by QR code. However, the male manager just ignored her, then customer left. What was wrong with the manager? I guess he just want the restaurant to be closed...

缺點： 按鈕後等兩分鐘沒人招呼 正面呼叫侍應時，侍應先迴避視線，再叫一次才望客人一眼，接著沒給任何回應，繼續走開無視客人（一男一女侍應前後共兩次） 其中一位侍應發現客人久等後告訴另一新同事上前應對(可能發現我想抱怨，不願提供服務） 新同事對餐廳運作並不熟悉，沒法回答基本問題(叫餐程序） 點餐後一位侍應用力移檯移凳，擺放一整排桌椅位置。碰撞聲拖凳聲在耳邊不斷響起.. 服務評價為：★☆☆☆☆

綜合評價： 該餐廳裝修溫暖舒適，環境清潔衛生，食物品質不錯，價格相宜。但是，該餐廳的服務方面存在較多問題，包括員工反應時間過長、員工態度欠佳、員工對餐廳運作不熟悉等。建議該公司提供更好的培訓和福利，以提高員工的服務品質。總體來說，這家餐廳有潛力成為一個吸引常客的地方，但是需要在服務方面加以改進。整體綜合評價為：★★★★☆
