Requesting for a exchange (wrong size)but was rejected by the manager. Reason is company policy only allowed exchange or refund within 14 days. We are tourist from another country which not realize the 14 days policy is including an exchange for the same product. We brought the product thinking it is the same size we used to buy last year the second day in Hong Kong and leave for a 14 days tour in mainland China the next day, came back and tried out and found the shirt is one size too big and immediately went back for the exchane but of course it is over the time allowed.
