Environment: 5/5

The ambience at Here Thai Market is fantastic. The Thai-themed decor is both vibrant and authentic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The seating is large and spacious, and the beautiful contrast of dark green against wood tones is visually appealing. The restaurant is well-lit, and the background music is at a perfect volume, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Food: 4/5

The food at Here Thai Market is quite enjoyable. The pork and beef boat noodles had a well-flavored broth and the noodles were cooked to a good texture, with a generous amount of meat. The chicken rice was nicely seasoned and cooked, though the poor butchering resulted in tiny bone shards, which was a bit concerning. The garlic stir fry broccolini was exceptional and the highlight of the meal. The banana roti, paired with cream, chocolate sauce, and condensed milk, was delicious. Additionally, the selection of drinks was impressive, with generous portions.

Service: 3.5/5

Service was decent, especially considering we dined at 3pm, just after the lunch rush. We were seated quickly and the food arrived in a timely manner. Ordering via QR code meant minimal interaction with the staff, but there were plenty of wait staff around if needed.

Value: 3/5

The value is fairly standard for the area, situated inside a popular mall. The average cost of HKD100 per main with an iced drink included is reasonable. The broccolini, priced at HKD88, was a bit steep but worth it for the taste.

Overall:

I would return to Here Thai Market if I were in the area and craving some Thai food. Hopefully, they can improve their meat butchering to avoid the issue of bone shards in the chicken rice. Overall, it's a solid choice for a Thai meal with a great environment...

I recently dined at here thai market and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. The Pad Thai dish I ordered lacked flavor and was surprisingly light in taste, which was not what I expected from an authentic Thai restaurant.

Moreover, the portion size of the Pad Thai was too small for the price charged($98). I found it to be quite expensive considering the quantity of food provided. It left me feeling unsatisfied and somewhat cheated in terms of value for money.

Furthermore, I also tried the 龍眼冰, but unfortunately, it was not sweet enough for my liking. I believe that a sweet drink should have the right balance of sweetness to enhance the overall dining experience, but this one fell short in that aspect.

To make matters worse, the attitude of the hostess was quite unpleasant. Even with renowned chefs in the kitchen, such poor service attitude is unacceptable. It left a negative impression on me and I doubt that I would consider revisiting the restaurant in the future.

I sincerely hope that Here Thai Market takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Good food alone is not enough to satisfy customers; excellent service and attention to detail are equally important. With the right changes, I believe this restaurant has the potential to regain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a passionate lover of Thai cuisine, it saddens me to have such a negative experience here . I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing a better dining experience for...

The restaurant is big and the decorations is simple, the table in between is narrow but you not feel crowded, its because the size of the table is bit bigger than usual one, still feel comfortable. The pot of the cold tea is ready on the table once you seat in , save the time and better than they pour you a glass of water in front of you. All the food attached with the photos , it’s good to see how is your food ordering. As a trend , you prefer the food through QR code, so for me, it’s nothing can talk about the service is good or not, the food runner just place the food on the table that’s it. The taste of the crab fried rice is a bit mild and not hot enough , but the crab is quite a lot , it’s still good , of course we can’t compare this one we eat it in Thailand. The cuttlefish ball is okay, the whole squid is cold and tough, too chewy. The fried ho fan is cold, salty and the ho fan…. too messy So far all the food is fair and not hot except the first serve cuttlefish fish ball .. One highlight is the mango smoothie is excellent, no matter the taste, texture is perfectly, you also can choose your preference of the ice and sugar, and notice that the bar girl work in details for all single...

Ordered a boat noodle and chicken rice in thai style Taste: Not authentic, boat noodle soup base tasted nth like boat noodle, milky color??? as boat noodle soup, no joke 0/5. Please roll to the pic. Chicken rice portion is sooooo small, 4 pieces of chicken and charged $88 @@ Price: it’s not pricy but definitely over price and not to be mentioned with service charge (normal) and water service charge ( for a Thai restaurant??? Are you kidding me? We were offered a pot of tea-almost-tastelesss-like-water) Not even NARA ( another Thai restaurant) dares to take this step!!! Interior: nice to take pics and posted on social media. Modern plating, just Ignore the taste ;) If you are tourist, don’t come to this restaurant. Don’t let this restaurant ruin your trip or experience in HK. Go to Kowloon city right a way. If you are local, don’t waste your money and your appetite unless you don’t want to line up for dinner in new town plaza.
