Today May 20 2024, we booked a table and visit your star view restaurant at 官塘location, it was the worst experience I can ever imagine from eating out experience!
You have so many location I really wonder how you train your manager in each location.
We booked a table of 8, the weather is not good and raining so at last only 6 person attended. When we first arrived we were seat at the 8 person table. It was nice and comfortable and they start serving tea. Then another aunt came told us our two other auntie cannot attended. Once they know, they came up to us demand us to change the table but we were already having tea and ready to order.
Therefore we asked the reason why we need to change table ? Your whole restaurant is empty. It literally EMPTY!
The waiter and the manager keep saying all the table was booked and set up for customer. I was shock it is 7:00 pm and only 10%, where are the customer if the table were seated. When are your customer coming in? Photo attached. Then the manager was rude and keep saying if you want the seat then sit. If you like to complain me go ahead to complain me too I don’t care. We set up the table for each customer. And then he start yelling. I never imagine how can people will accept this kind of service. If he doesn’t want the job or he doesn’t want to work here he could just resign no one need to put up with his attitude.

Normally, I find this dish in Vancouver restaurants to be just ok. crispy chicken mein - very good. Chinese sausage roll/bun - the sausage was really good. It's a little sweeter than the others I've tasted before in Vancouver.
Service seemed to be pretty good too, but not sure since my hosts are regulars at this restaurant.

酒樓的環境裝潢雖然以黑色做主調,但是非常高貴。 大廳中間懸掛了七彩斑斕的燈飾, 右手邊是一個極長的長方形魚缸,魚缸裏擺滿了奇幻的珊瑚和觀賞上的熱帶魚,感覺非常悠療癒輕鬆。
雪耳無花果燉花膠湯 花膠湯食材包括雪耳、無花果、花膠、瘦肉等等。 色澤金黃清澈,味道鮮甜潤喉滋潤,簡直是秋冬季滋潤的湯水。
蘇格蘭蟶子皇 單煮方法可以選擇蒜蓉粉絲清蒸和豉椒快炒。蒜蓉粉絲清蒸的款式吃過了太多,所以我們選擇了豉椒快炒。給端上的時候,豉椒香味道撲鼻而外,色澤鮮艷,蟶子皇口感煙韌微彈,鮮味十足,豉椒味鹹香豐富。
冰鮮花雕五頭南非鮑魚 南非鮑魚為這個大閘蟹套餐掀起了序幕。這個五頭 南非鮑魚經過花雕酒長時間醃製後,顏色呈現深啡色的。五頭鮑魚份量豐富,因此稍稍傾斜切開了數片。鮑魚口感煙韌爽彈,富有花雕酒清香。隨碟附上芥末豉油,更使味道鹹鮮解膩。
紫蘇葉蒸大閘蟹 兩隻六兩重的大閘蟹端上的時候,感覺巨型譁然,蟹膏經已按耐不絕澎湃地爆出,令人食指大動。女朋友小心翼翼地把大閘蟹拆開。橙黃色的蟹膏緩緩流出,公蟹的蟹膏綿密黏口,味道甘香鮮美。
星海蟹黃燴生翅 這個蟹黃會生翅份量豐富十足,色澤金黃。口感濃稠黏口,味道豐富滿溢。
生拆蟹肉花膠絲爬高麗菜 高麗菜芒白細長爽彈,蟹肉雪白細滑,花膠絲嫩滑潤喉。整體味道鮮嫩優雅,清新解膩。
招牌原隻脆皮乳鴿 原恃脆皮乳鴿呈現深褐色的,外皮炸得香脆鹹香可口, 肉質卻鮮嫩味濃,鹹香美味。
蟹粉小籠包 一龍一點心的令人感覺高雅。打開的時候,蒸氣熱呼呼的噴出,蟹粉的香味伴著蒸氣搶鼻而來。細碎的蟹粉在緩緩的流了出來,實在令人垂涎欲滴。小籠包包皮略為厚身,但揀緊地鎖住了肉汁,不至於 容易弄破使肉汁流出。口感鬆軟細緻,蟹粉味道富厚味濃。
