The restaurant came to my attention due to recent talks about Vietnamese beef rice noodle after Chua San opened one in Central. Finally had the chance to try Pho Le's shop at Kwun Tong APM. No need to wait for a seat when I arrived there a bit over 6 pm. Ordered the pho with medium rare beef, well-done beef and beed meat ball, spring rolls and hot bailey water. They also offer appetisers for the local taste buds like fried chicken wings which you probably won't find in Vietnam but is definitely worth ordering as well after queuing up for so long. Don't be deterred by the long line, it is well...
