I had the opportunity to dine at Deluxe Daieiki Japanese Restaurant both two years ago and recently, and I must say that the improvements in their food quality have been remarkable.

While my previous visit left me with a mediocre impression, my most recent experience showcased a significant leap in the overall dining experience.

One of the noticeable changes at Deluxe Daieiki is the reduction in the variety of food options. However, this reduction was a strategic move that allowed them to focus on enhancing the quality of their offerings. And it's safe to say that the decision paid off. The improvement in the food quality was evident in every dish we tried.

What caught my attention this time were the unique and special items on the menu. Deluxe Daieiki went beyond the usual offerings and presented us with enticing options such as grilled durian and fried pigeon. These innovative selections added a touch of excitement and adventure to the dining experience, allowing us to explore new flavors and textures.

The sashimi and sushi at Deluxe Daieiki have undergone a remarkable transformation. The quality of the fish used in their sashimi was exceptional; it was incredibly fresh and had a delicate, buttery texture. Each piece of sushi was meticulously prepared, with the rice perfectly seasoned and the toppings bursting with flavor. It was evident that the sushi chefs had honed their skills and were dedicated to providing an elevated sushi experience.

In addition to the improved food quality, the overall dining experience at Deluxe Daieiki was also noteworthy. The service was attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring our needs were met. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy our meal.

Based on my recent visit, I can confidently say that Deluxe Daieiki Japanese Restaurant has made significant strides in improving their offerings. The decision to focus on quality over quantity has paid off, resulting in a more refined and satisfying dining experience.

Very POOR SERVICE. An order that you place now and one that you place an hour later will come all at once an hour and a half later. Also orders are randomly duplicated or deleted without any notification or reason.

Also, We called to reserve a table for 6pm, and the price is supposed to be HK$238.00 per person, but when we arrive, they say they dont have a table at 6, but only one for 6:30, and since you eat for two hours, we would’ve had to pay $258.00 per person.

We were finally able to get the $238 price but lost half an hour of eating time.

They then screwed up again and didn’t enter our rewards card for points redemption, after 15 minutes of back and forth, they did finally rectify this.

I would strongly recommend AGAINST coming to this restaurant for food, especially dinner. This was probably the second worse level of service I’ve ever received.

Note: They waste endless amounts of food, because they constantly screw up orders from people. They also still provide plastic single use straws, when the entire region doesn’t use straws any longer. SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR...

I had an exceptional dining experience at this establishment. The menu boasts a wide array of delectable options, particularly the cooked dishes. One dish that stood out to me was the urchin crab congee, which I highly recommend. The flavors were exquisite and the presentation was impeccable.
