Tourist Review April 2024: After visiting Hongkong Market @Yat Tung, near one of the exits, there's this restaurant that caught my eye. Looking at the menu and restaurant's name board clearly they specialize in beef dishes. But they also have Fish Meatball soups and congee as well. I opt for the shredded pork noodle, and have crispy fish skin as sides.
The noodle I chose was springy, delicate and overall delicious. You have to pour some soup in the noodle so you can mix them easily with the shredded pork. For the shredded pork tends to be sweet, so it might help if you put salt a little , to balance the taste. I for myself just enjoy the dish with the crispy fish skin, which by the way is a must if you're visiting here, as every one of the patrons have one on their tables.
Side note, if you come alone to dine, try to sit in a half filled table, that way more ppl can come dine. If you sit alone in a four persons table, you might get scold at (learning from personal experience 😂)
